Selling or consigning

What to include

• The serial number, if you are asking about a specific listing or certificate.
• Your order number, if it is about a purchase — it is in your confirmation email.
• For something you want to sell: what it is, how you came by it, and any paperwork that came with it. Photographs help more than descriptions.
