Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept voluntary returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, found the item elsewhere, or decided the piece was not what you wanted.

This is not a technicality. Every item is a single physical object with its own record and its own serial. Taking it back into inventory means re-inspecting, re-photographing, and re-documenting it, and a piece that has left our custody and returned no longer has an unbroken chain of custody. Final sale is what keeps that chain meaningful for the person who buys it next.

Read the description and the photographs carefully before you buy, and ask us anything you want to know first. We would rather answer questions than complete a sale you regret.

What final sale does not cover

Final sale is a policy about changing your mind. It is not a waiver of our obligations. Contact us in any of the following situations and we will make it right, by replacement where possible or by refund:

• You received an item other than the one you purchased.
• The item arrived with material damage caused in transit.
• The item was never delivered.
• There is a material discrepancy in the authenticity or documented provenance of the item as described at the time of sale.
• We cancelled the order, or the order could not be shipped.
• Any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.

How to raise one of these

Email Jackson@kansassportsvault.com with your order number and, where it applies, photographs of the item and its packaging as received. Tell us promptly — carrier claims for damage and non-delivery have their own deadlines, and a claim raised late may not be recoverable from the carrier even when it is genuine.

Do not discard packaging for a damaged shipment until we have told you the claim is resolved.

Cancellations

You may ask to cancel an order before it ships and we will do so where we can, but an order that has already been packed and labelled may not be cancellable.

We may cancel an order ourselves before shipping — for a pricing or description error, a payment we cannot verify, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or an item that fails inspection. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it then takes to appear, and we cannot influence that.
