Accessibility

What we aim for

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at high zoom, and with reduced motion enabled. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we do about it

Accessibility is checked automatically on every change, and a failure blocks the change rather than filing a ticket. That covers colour contrast, heading structure, image alternatives, form labels, and focus visibility.

Automated checks catch a real but limited set of problems. They do not tell us whether a page is genuinely usable, which is why the next section matters more than this one.

Known limits

Item photography is the core of what we sell, and a written description cannot fully substitute for seeing a piece. We write alternative text for every image and describe condition in words as precisely as we can. If a description is not enough for you to judge a piece, ask us and we will describe it in as much detail as you need before you buy.
