Who you are dealing with

Kansas Sports Vault is a trading name of KruseKontrolSportsCards, operating from Overland Park, Kansas. "We", "us", and "our" mean KruseKontrolSportsCards. "You" means the person using this site.

We sell sports memorabilia on the secondary market. We are an independent dealer and marketplace. We are not affiliated with, licensed by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any team, league, university, or athlete referenced on this site, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Listings and one-of-one inventory

Almost everything we sell is a single physical object rather than a unit of stock. Each is individually measured, photographed, and given a serial number. Because quantity is one, a listing can become unavailable between the moment you view it and the moment you attempt to buy it. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it; the item is reserved only when an order is placed, and the first completed order wins.

We try to describe condition accurately and to photograph each piece as it will ship. Colours on a screen are not a reliable guide to colours in the hand, and we do not warrant that they match.

Prices, payment, and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are added before payment. Sales tax is calculated for the destination address where we are registered to collect it.

We may correct a price that was published in error, including after an order is placed but before it ships. If we do, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it by shipping, and we may decline any order before that point. Reasons include suspected fraud, a payment we cannot verify, a pricing or description error, an address we cannot ship to, or an item that turns out not to be in the condition we described. If we decline, we refund in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy for detail.

Final sale

All sales are final and we do not accept voluntary returns. See the Refunds and Cancellations policy, including the circumstances that policy preserves.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

You may not scrape the site, resell access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe anyone else’s rights.

Our content

The photography, written descriptions, provenance research, and certificate records on this site are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Sharing a listing link is always fine.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Changes, law, and contact

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
