Who is responsible

Kansas Sports Vault is a trading name of KruseKontrolSportsCards, operating from Overland Park, Kansas. "We", "us", and "our" mean KruseKontrolSportsCards. "You" means the person using this site.

What we collect

We collect what we need to sell and ship you a physical object:

• Contact details: your email address, and a name and phone number when you give them.
• Shipping and billing addresses, which we keep with the order they belong to.
• Order and payment records: what you bought, what it cost, what tax applied, and the payment reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account details if you create an account, handled by our authentication provider.
• Things you choose to save: watchlists, collections, and saved searches.
• Server logs, including IP address, generated automatically when you use the site.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil orders, calculate tax and shipping, buy shipping labels, send transactional email about your order, keep the records a business is required to keep, prevent fraud, and answer you when you contact us.

We send marketing email only where you have asked for it, such as a saved-search alert. You can stop those at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to complete a sale, and only what each of them needs:

• Stripe, to process payment and calculate sales tax.
• Our shipping platform and the carrier, to rate a shipment, buy a label, and provide tracking. This includes your shipping address.
• Our authentication provider, for sign-in.
• Our email provider, to deliver transactional messages.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the site and its records.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

Order, tax, and certificate records are kept for as long as the law requires and for as long as the chain of custody for an item needs to remain verifiable — which for a serialised collectible is indefinite. Account details are kept while your account exists.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, and we will honour them either way where we can.

Some records we cannot delete on request, because we are required to keep them or because removing them would break the provenance record of an object we no longer own. If that applies we will tell you which records and why.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
